Refund Policy – Uplifted Journey

Uplifted Journey provides coaching and mentoring services through scheduled sessions and digital resources, delivered securely under our service agreements. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all service fees, session charges, and program costs are non-refundable once access has been provided or services have commenced.

If you believe you have been billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@upliftedjourney.co. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and any refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Uplifted Journey.

Uplifted Journey reserves the right to update pricing, session fees, and related service charges at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes will apply to future billing cycles or new agreements, and will not retroactively affect amounts already invoiced or paid.

If your access to services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your service.

Additionally, Uplifted Journey does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation of services unless otherwise specified in a formal, written contract.
