Cancellation Policy – Uplifted Journey

You may cancel your Uplifted Journey coaching services or program subscription by providing written notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations received after a new billing cycle has started may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or program terms.

If your access to Uplifted Journey services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your services.

Upon cancellation or termination, any related account information or session records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to save or retain any personal notes or relevant documents prior to ending your services.

Uplifted Journey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or program offering at its discretion, with or without notice. Refunds in such cases will only be granted if expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
